Alexandra Hale a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development established aston & pink with a unique focus. Her determination to offer a refined, strategic and professional recruitment consultancy to the HR industry has helped her define the aston & pink brand and its core values: honesty, integrity and ability.

Working as an HR professional for ten years before embarking on her recruitment and talent management career, her passion had centred on identifying, attracting and developing key talent within the organisations she worked for. She believed that her drive, determination and ability in this area could be applied in the recruitment field.

When establishing aston & pink, the business plan was straight forward: Take some experienced and talented individuals; add an incredible amount of passion and create a consultancy that redefined the standards of service and delivery within the HR community.
