What to expect when you are represented by aston & pink

A thorough interview with us where we will learn about your experience, achievements and your ambitions. In this forum we will get to know and understand you as an individual so we can represent you professionally and accurately to our clients.

We can offer you significant market knowledge, focussing on trends that may be affecting the HR market, economic factors affecting your job search or any other factors that may have an impact on your search.

When briefing you about a role, we will offer you a detailed structure of the clients’ business, how the role operates within the current structure, the culture of the organisation and our honest opinion on how the role would suit you.

We will keep you up to date and informed at all stages of the recruitment process, offering you guidance and encouragement. Our aim is to make the process accurate and efficient.

At offer stage, we will handle the negotiation of your package that is commensurate with the role and your experience.

Importantly, we do care about you and your career. We treat every candidate like we would a client, with respect, honesty and integrity.
