Aston & Pink’s Business Psychologists offer wider HR consultancy services to our clients. The team are members of the British Psychological Society (BPS) including the Divisions of Occupational Psychology and the Special Group in Coaching, and the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP). We hold Level A and Level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing for a number of leading instruments including Wave, OPQ, NEO, and16PF. We also hold ILM Level 7 Diplomas in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. This ensures that we are able to offer our clients best practice services to support our recruitment offering, which include assessment centres, development centres, and psychometric profiling, as well as related services such as executive coaching, stress management, recruitment and selection audits and competency framework development.
