At the start of the process we will come in and meet with you. In this forum, we can learn more about the vital cultural aspects of the person you are about to hire. We are also keen to build a relationship with you based on you knowing us and us knowing you. This part of the process is vital for us to be able to deliver the ideal recruitment solution to you.
We meet all of our candidates wherever possible and we make sure the interview is competency based. We will use our knowledge and experience to assess suitability for the role based on skills and culture fit.
After the candidates internal interview we will write a profile on the candidate, detailing how we feel they fit your brief to us.
Information and communication is very important to us. Therefore, we promise to update you throughout the entire process detailing how we have been proactively working on the brief.
After the placement has been made, we believe it is important to catch up regularly with both candidate and client to check on progress.
