our process
Once your CV has been emailed through to one of our experienced consultants, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your career and background in more depth. At this stage we will arrange an internal interview at aston & pink or we can offer a skype interview if appropriate.
At the end of the internal interview, we will agree a plan of action and timescales if appropriate.
So as to comply with current legislation, we are required to take copies of identification and qualifications.
When aston & pink are instructed on a vacancy that is suitable for you, your dedicated consultant will contact you with details of the brief. This will include company, role and career progression information, as well as information on our clients’ culture.
Once you have agreed to have your details submitted for the role, we will then write a profile on you which will be sent to the client with your CV. This profile details how we feel you meet the role criteria and our opinion on your suitability for them as an organisation.
Interviews are then arranged by telephone and confirmed by email. We will give you information surrounding the structure of the meeting, topics likely to be covered as well as general interview guidance.
Detailed feedback: At aston & pink, we endeavour to get as in depth feedback as we can. We welcome constructive criticism as experience tells us this is the best way of moving forward with the job search.
Once an offer of employment has been accepted, you will receive written confirmation of the offer from your consultant.
Once you have started in your new role, we will stay in contact with you periodically to check how you feel your new role is progressing. We are here for advice and mentoring whenever you need us.
Your details are treated confidentially and at no time will your details be divulged to a third party without your written permission.
